Robotics engineer who started the first weekend club in 2019.
We're a robotics-education institute on a simple mission: give every curious child the tools, mentors, and confidence to build real things—and dream bigger.
Ceylon Robotics began in 2019 as a small weekend club in Colombo, where a handful of students gathered to build their first line-following robots. The spark was obvious—kids learn fastest when they're making something real.
Today we run structured, mentor-led programs across five branches and online, teaching everything from block coding for eight-year-olds to AI and competition robotics for teens. Our students have gone on to present at national showcases and international competitions.
What hasn't changed is the philosophy: learn by building. Every class ends with something a student designed, wired, coded, and can be proud of.
Every concept lands through a real project. Students leave each class with something they made.
Small groups guided by engineers who sit beside students and debug right along with them.
We follow what excites a child. Questions are the starting point of every great build.
